Fri 6/18 Keyport: Report

[Big Bald Head]

Paddled 9:00a - 1:30p, took 2 hours to find fish but once the tide started moving (outgoing) I found a school of 18-22" bluefish that were very cooperative on the fly rod, had a hoot with these guys until I had to hang it up. Not big fish, but they struck and fought hard and nearly all of them were leapers, which was great fun in the yak. Put about 20 of them in the boat in 1.5 hours.
