Good condition, JIS-7 water resistant, includes 2 nicad batteries, charger, alkaline (non-waterproof) battery pack. No guarantee on how good the batteries are - you have to "exercise" them. Hopefully they'll hold a charge, but they might not have much capacity. Battery compartment installed by turning a screw with a coin, etc. (not too tight). Not a bad first radio for $25.
