I'm hitting Lake Ponchartrain and fishing it just like I've been describing.

About three weeks ago I bought a lil 5' trolling rod set up w/ 50 yards of lead core line and ready to roll from Gus. Ain't got it wet yet so it's over due. Got my lil pink squid and my Rattletraps and I'm ready.

Gotta confess though... this weekend I'll be a sinner. I'm trolling from the motorboat. It's the last weekend I'll have it so I better put it to good use.
