Manta Ray scupper question.

I just purchased a Manta Ray 14 last Saturday and noticed on the bottom of the hull that there are 2 scuppers molded under the seat, however they dont go all the way through. Are there supposed to be scuppers under the seat?

The scupper-like holes you see are support posts for the seat and aren't intended to be to actual scupper holes.

Thanks, I thought they were there for a reason.
Too much quality in that yak to have forgotten a couple scuppers.
