After reading posts about small issues and Large ones. It came to me talking to dealers, or factory reps,till your blue in the face don't work how about ,Mailing them a print out from your posts and others from the internet,to show them the bad press there gatting, and how the little things can help public relations, Right now there in the cat seat with the big demand for Yaks, But Like GM learned Years ago You have to service the customer and have quality to stay there, Just My 2 cents, hit them where it hurts in public view With a great big "LEMON" rating system for service and quality, BillW http://kfs.infopop.cc/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif
