Love my new outback...and have been browsing this forum for a few weeks. Lots of good minds out there and I've picked up some good info.

My cooler area takes on a little water thru the scupper holes and some water (maybe an inch, probably less) comes in thru the pedal area. Is this pretty much normal or is my slim, trim 230-lb frame causing it. The water in the cooler area makes me a little weary of using the soft pack cooler that came with my outback.

(P.S. Did I forget to mention the 12 bass I caught on my maiden voyage? Not bragging...just sharing)

There is no problem with the yak. and I us a soft cooler in the space the cool water helps to keep the water cool if you get my drift... Have fun on the water and good catch, on your first outing.
