Just a heads up. I decided to get a Hobie Pa, in lieu of the go fast Mokai.
Just decided at the end of the day, too much noise, for me. Great concept for getting from here to there tho. Tow a yak behind ya. Very interesting.

Hey, Stubb just finished another article for his "view from the chickee" column at GAFF magazine. I of course hate that magazine so he sends me the electronic version to look at his article. This one is about a man you will meet this winter, Leaky Lou. He was rescued by helicopter last season when he left CIP to fish Fakahatchee area and was missing for 4 days. Anyway, I'll try to find that article somewhere...meanwhile...he is back!

Guys, I will be heading out early to catch the outgoing tide out to gulf. I want to get to Jewel Key and then fish the outside islands and ride tide back in. You thinking of doing same or have other plans? Of course, this is dependant on weather.

Friday, I'll be launching from Outdoor Resorts and fishing the mouth of Turner on the morning incoming action should start closer to 9 am but will be there 8 am. You fishing friday FH?

Louis .... Saturday around 6 am At the Chokoloskee Island Park Launch. Keep going up Choko until you pass the Post Office. Make a right ... follow the road and make a left. You'll see JT's shack on your left .. make a right into CIP ... go to end of raod and bear left to the boat ramp.
