Sunday afternoon?
The wind is a good direction but we could use it to die down. On the web cam of MB it looks like the surfers are enjoying themselves too much right now. Maybe the NW wind will knock down the surf a little contrary to the forecast.

Fished the beach with Allen this morning, the surf was big and thunderous at times. NW wind was stiff to say the least.
No fish caugh today!  A shot from yesterday morning when fishing was much better. Landed a dozen blues on a popper Not sure if that's deepshax or surfuri pictured on the water

Launched close to 3PM with Chris ,Tony, Jon I and Nick. Big surf slow fishing. The wind died down a little from earlier to make it doable. We had a few shots at breaking albies but nobody connected. Seems like somebody should have hooked up but they were real fussy. Jeff did his best to direct us from the shore with his binoculars but he couldn't put the fish on the hook for us.

This weather and swell has been crazy, we usually get it for a week or so during the pesak of the hurricane season, but it has been all of September this year. I'm about to leave the Albie set-up behind and start carryign the bass gear. Any weekend now.
Good effort guys. Ah, but you should see how clean my apartment is now!!

Andy, you picked the wrong time to quit surfing.
Weather forecast looks great today. I should be down there about 10 to take my hit for the team.
