Apex 1 or Surf to Summit GTS Elite Seat. Which is more comfy for a tall guy with a bad back?
The Apex has velcro attachments, how durable are they? This will be going on an older prowler 15. Thanks kb

kb--I used a Surf to Summit GTS Elite on my P15 and recently on my Disco. I really like the seat. Anyway, I have just switched to using a Surf to Summit backrest (with a separate gel pad) because the seating arrangement in the Disco is very comfortable (I've sold the P-15).

I think the two seats are just about the same. I pick up a crack of dawn seat for pretty cheap on ebay a couple of year ago. They have everything stitched in with the buckles for mounting. Rollcast

We have both seats..... I prefer the STS.
I have the airwave version which I like a lot.

My crate ends up supporting my back more than my seat does....just a cheap alternative

I have a STS tall back (in my OK Drifter) which was way too thin on the seat pad for me (240#) So I added a hot seat stick on under it now works great. Only $35 additional outlay.
