Thanks, the crate I found was square, it fits but there is a lot of room left. I did make the pushpole which has been a great help to anchor on the flats. I have it in the spare rodholder with a measuring tape on it and it works perfect.

Ended up motorized sailfishing with my buddy again, 4-6 feet seas was a little much for the Sport. We landed four before noon, can't wait to hook one up in my kayak!
