Sorry Guys i should of Posted the whole thing but my Meds have me a little Lazy .

This is so easy it is Stupid ..

I got Pneumatic Tires From Harbor Freight -5 Clams Each
1/2 inch Threaded Rod
1/2 inch Fender and Lock Washers
1/2 inch Wing Nuts
2- 1 inch PVC End Caps
A Liberated Half Crate -Hee Hee

Everything Laid Out


Drill a 3/4 Inch Hole in the center of each side .


Thread the Pipe threw the Crate


Install spacer and 2 Washers



Put on the Wheels and secure with a Fender Wash a Lock washer and a Wing Nut



Then i cut the handles into a V


Then I used Pipe insulation for a cushion a pool noodle will work also

I am Gonna Use J hooks and Bungee to secure . I broke My rivet gun so i will post when its done ....

Lets us know after a few runs. I see threads eating plastic with yak weight.

But that is a very easy fix . Just knock 3/4 inch collars in ...

Ive pulled it under full weight already and it kicks butt .

that looks like a great solution to kayak transportation.

BigJ...you may want to slide a piece of 3/4" PVC (or something similar) over the all-thread so whatever you pack in the crate won't rub against the all-thread.

I'm just talking about the all-thread inside the crate.
