FF Help
After getting my new yak. Replacement from Heritage for scupper cracks. I reinstalled my transducer using Quad sealant. It is a clear silicone adhesive made by OSI and I used to use it for vynal siding installations so I know it would be ok for the poly yak. Anyway, It has set for well over a week and the install is good. I took it out on my maiden voyage this evening and got a great picture, much better then the origional install but..... I get a great clear read when my FF is set to show the fish picture but when I switch to normal reading(lines and slashes) the screen is loaded with grey? I tried messing with sensitivity, greyscale, ping time, and everything else. What the hell is the problem. I reset the setting back to the factory sets and now lost. Could it be the lake was just that crapy...I wouldnt think so because like I said when I switch to the little fishy display it clears right up and all the trash dissapears.
