Anybody know what the warrantee is for Cracks?

All Native's have a lifetime warranty Just take it to your dealer.

As long as the crack is determined to be a material failure is should be covered under warranty.

How does one determine that? Material Failure?

The only way I can think of is that the chemical formula for the plastic would have been made wrong. However in that case Native would have issued a recall.

How was the crack created? You won't have a self-inflicted crack covered under the lifetime warranty. Kind of like me stepping on my Costa's and expecting their lifetime warranty to cover that.

I do not know how it occured. It just seems stranged as to where it cracked. Heres a pic

My feeling on warranties is that it would be covered if there is no obvious evidence of damage that was caused by you doing something to it. That crack looks like it's right on the line of the bend, and IMO, should be covered no problem. Good luck and let us know how it goes..

When talking Manta Rays, is Native waranteeing the Liquid Logic boats?

I don't see that as being covered by a warranty. It looks easy to fix from the picture. Just cut away some plastic from the inside of the hatch rim and weld it over the crack.

Probably the best case scenario is you might be able to trade and negotiate a discount on a new kayak with the dealer you purchased from.
