2nd bass of the year
Got my second bass of the year today on my second trip out with the yak. Again on a jig at Marlu Lake in Middletown, NJ.

 I've always had good luck there and it never gets too much fishing pressure.

I've fished it a few times from the shore and caught nothing. Not even a bite. Go out in the kayak twice and caught a bass on each trip! No more shore fishing there!!!!
