Overview:

Kayak fishing continues to gain in popularity as new people join our ranks everyday.  When it comes to the ‘How-To’ however, there are few books and fewer qualified live guides.  Kayak Fishing is like nothing you have ever done.  The moderate learning curve is a fact of life.

There is no substitute for experience.  Let the KFS Authorized Guides cut that learning curve in half and move you in one trip to where most newcomers take many, many outings to discover.

If you are new, we will show tricks of the trade from car topping or trailering your kayaks, to proper rigging and electronics, apparel and safety, tackle, lures and bait, and oh yeah, we will get you in some really fishy areas.  Veteran kayakers can use the KFS Authorized Guide Service to discover new areas, new techniques, or simply plan for a trophy trip.

Our services are amazingly affordable.  Each guide's email address is available in their dedicated section. When a guide receives your request you will usually receive a response the same day!  This is a great gift idea too!

This is not a cookie cutter guide service.  We are here to teach.  Every student, day, area, and condition are variable and we work our day based on each individual clients needs.  It's hard to make fish bite if they have a mind not to.  However, fish or no fish, you will leave us knowing far, far more than you did when you contacted us.

We completely cover the State of New Jersey and North East Pennsylvania.  Our state licensed, insured guides are broken into three categories.

Guides:

Osprey Outdoor Adventures, is based in Central New Jersey and is mainly             Saltwater based, from the Raritan Bay, to Sandy Hook down to LBI.  They             also offer freshwater paddling trips in Central NJ.

Anthracite Outfitters is a registered and insured Guide Service that specializes in overnight trips on NE Pennsylvania rivers and lakes. Anthracite has several campsites strewn across the fish-rich rivers of NEPA. They are run by two paddlers with decades of experience in dealing with camping and fishing.  Their main river trip is on the Northern Susquehanna River.

Pond Hopper is our New Jersey freshwater guide service.  Let Dino take you to the little lakes strewn across and hidden among New Jersey hills and farms Dino specializes in sweetwater bass and trout fishing.  He also hunts for bigger, toothier critters too.
