I created what I call "BodyGuards" which protect the hull of the kayak and are removed in the water and stowed away in the rear well.
I designed and built a custom, polycarbonate, "wake deflection cowl" to redirect small chop that breaks over the bow
Small custom, removable bait cutting board
Custom mount was designed and made for a mini gps with it's own self contained battery and a wireless depth finder. The battery mount is inside the hull with the transmitter.
A custom backrest was modified to fit and installed as well as a seat pad
Custom quick-mount / release rod holders were made for behind the seat. They can be removed and stowed in moments when out in the surf zone
Custom suction-cup rod holder was built for mounting a rod in the front
Custom pliers holder was mounted
Special mount for a utility box was made and included along with a leader holder
Also, a custom lure box was designed and built for installation in the rod pod / fish box
New rudder line was made from stainless steel cable, and the entire length was then shrink wrapped and installed using clevis pins
A stowable custom mini cart was designed and built
A black raven graphic was added to the Bow in front of the deflector cowl
