How do I know my order has shipped?

After we process your order, you should receive an email from FedEx that contains your tracking number

How do I track my order?

Refer to the email that contains your tracking number, or call us at 973-659-1114.

How long does it take for my order to get to me?

We generally ship orders within 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.

Does Kayak Fishing Stuff Ship Internationally?

What do I do if something is missing from my order?

Send an email to orders@kayakfishingstuff.com. Make sure to include your name, the date you placed the order, and the order number listed on your invoice.

How long is a gift certificate good for?

Gift certificates are valid for one year from their date of purchase.

We are open from 10am to 4pm during the winter, and 10am to 6pm during the summer.
